Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in IT/tech industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach to sales and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business landscape is advantageous.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
