Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in IT/tech industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach to sales and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and local business landscape is advantageous.
