Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and buyers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and property values.
  • Negotiate and close property sales and leasing agreements.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
