Responsibility
- Conduct on-site property inspections and evaluations in compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Analyze market trends, property data, and economic factors to determine accurate property values.
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and legal teams to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure all valuations adhere to local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market conditions in Bali.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property investment and valuation matters.
- Assist in resolving disputes related to property valuations when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property valuation or real estate appraisal.
- Strong understanding of property valuation methods and market analysis.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Certification in property valuation (e.g., Certified Property Valuer) is a plus.
