Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for property acquisitions and closings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive insights in Bali’s real estate landscape.
  • Build and maintain a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital outreach (social media, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Host virtual and in-person property tours, including live-streamed walkthroughs for international clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with buyers, sellers, and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings (photos, videos, descriptions) for digital platforms.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, property, or luxury markets.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), live streaming tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with clients, developers, and industry partners.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Bali’s real estate market (or willingness to learn quickly) is highly advantageous.
  • Valid Indonesian work permit (for non-local candidates) or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
