As a Sales Design Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their home design journey, offering expert advice on interior solutions, and driving sales growth. Responsibility
- Provide expert design consultation to customers, helping them visualize and select the best home solutions.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dekoruma’s product offerings, promotions, and design trends.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Dekoruma’s value proposition.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment at all times.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in home design or furniture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
