- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Passion Jewelryâs products, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing, to assist customers in making informed purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store display to enhance the brandâs premium image.
- Handle cashier duties, transactions, and inventory management with accuracy and integrity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and loyalty programs.
- Stay updated on latest trends in luxury jewelry and industry best practices to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, launches, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end products (jewelry, fashion, or accessories).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Passion for customer service with a natural ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
