As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the store coordinator and supervisor to manage inventory, assist customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store. Responsibility
- Assist the store coordinator and supervisor in managing merchandise and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, and preparing merchandise for display.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
