Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote PVC ceiling products in retail and project-based markets.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless project integration of PVC ceiling solutions.
- Manage retail inventory, track sales performance, and report on market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
- Provide after-sales support, including installation guidance and troubleshooting.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, construction materials, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Knowledge of PVC ceiling products, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in office settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
