As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through various roles, gaining exposure to shift supervision, talent development, and store-level management. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a well-established brand while contributing to its continued success in the Indonesian market.
Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Support shift supervision, including staff coordination, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales strategies and achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management to maintain optimal product availability.
- Engage with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Prepare reports and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership potential with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first approach.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a desire to grow within the company.
