Responsibility
- Provide expert design consultation to customers visiting Dekoruma Experience Centers.
- Assist customers in selecting home furniture, decor, and design solutions tailored to their needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in home decor or furniture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for interior design, home decor, or related fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM or sales management tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
