Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising shoppers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout through regular stock replenishment and display updates.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with stocktaking and merchandising tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
