Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse and retail units (Gokomart) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and train teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and regulatory standards across all facilities.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to automate workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Represent Gokomodo in regional stakeholder meetings and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and retail operations software.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
