Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a global Planning Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end process optimization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in planning operations.
- Oversee SAP system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and utilization to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement data-driven forecasting models to improve demand planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align planning strategies with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks in planning processes, proposing proactive solutions to maintain operational stability.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Champion change management initiatives to adopt best practices and innovative technologies in planning operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning operations, demand planning, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in SAP or other ERP systems, with a strong understanding of planning modules.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable recommendations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Experience in the retail, apparel, or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
