Responsibility
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and improve customer targeting.
- Forecast sales trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor performance to benchmark Sogoâs sales strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sales-related reports and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
