Responsibility
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, SAR Supervisors, and Regional Teams to address and resolve product and sales issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
