Responsibility
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, SAR Coordinators, and Regional Managers to address product and sales-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Bali.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
