Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (retail experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

- Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office) are preferred.
