Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve daily sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the security and safety of the retail space, including monitoring public areas and implementing security protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, restock products, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, minimarkets, or souvenir centers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of security protocols and public area management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
