Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout in accordance with company standards.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stocktaking and replenishment.
- Promote sales, upsell products, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a bonus.
