Responsibility
- Assist customers with redemption transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the counter.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering product information.
- Process and verify redemption vouchers, coupons, or loyalty points in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter area to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Promote additional products or services to customers to drive upsell opportunities.
- Report any discrepancies, technical issues, or customer feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role.
