Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting eyewear and sanitary products tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or digital payments with precision.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively educate customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory is well-stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
