Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across retail and consumer product operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on integrity protocols, ethical practices, and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or violations, providing detailed reports to management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to compliance, audits, and operational procedures.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
- Drive initiatives to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or operational supervision, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead teams, conduct training, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
