Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure accurate product displays for gaming laptops and accessories.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize product offerings and pricing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in electronics or gaming products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions.
- Knowledge of gaming laptops, hardware, and tech trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
