Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, and stock management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and visual standards align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail supervision or store management, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving sales, and achieving operational targets.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Experience with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
