As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Based in key Bali locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll have the chance to work in a culturally rich and tourist-driven market, contributing to the success of one of Indonesia’s most recognized retail brands.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance in recruitment, training, promotional activities, and financial processes.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and merchandising to optimize sales and reduce shrinkage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular audits of operational, financial, and inventory records to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare and submit reports on store performance, including sales, expenses, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, store supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
