Responsibility
- Complete a structured 12-month training program covering all aspects of retail operations
- Assist in daily store management, including inventory control and sales reporting
- Develop leadership skills through team supervision and performance coaching
- Implement customer service excellence standards across assigned locations
- Analyze sales data and contribute to business growth strategies
- Participate in cross-functional projects with marketing and supply chain teams
- Maintain compliance with company policies and retail regulations
- Represent the brand at local events and community engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
