Responsibility
- Provide expert guidance to customers on Chery vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Assist in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and processed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or retail customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of automotive technology and financing options.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
