Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform store maintenance tasks.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
