Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each clientâs needs.
- Demonstrate and apply Benefit Cosmetics products with expertise, including brow shaping, makeup application, and skincare advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers, upselling products, and creating a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Benefit Cosmeticsâ product range, including new launches, promotions, and bestsellers.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and adheres to brand standards at all times.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the retail team to create a positive and motivating work environment.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments to provide cutting-edge advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty advisor, makeup artist, or retail sales role (experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus).
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer service with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of makeup application, skincare, and beauty trends.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
