Responsibility
- Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals for assigned stores.
- Supervise and mentor Store Managers to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, customer service, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, sales growth, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and visual presentation to optimize store performance.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
