Responsibility
- Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional support throughout the sales cycle.
- Utilize SAP to maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams (logistics, finance, and customer service) to resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
