The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin to join our team in the West Region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to our sales team while ensuring smooth operations.

Based in Jurong East, this full-time role offers a competitive salary of $2,500 – $3,000 per month, along with a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you thrive in an organized setting and enjoy contributing to sales success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, documentation, and customer correspondence.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
  • Support sales team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline sales operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service best practices is a plus.
