Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets by coordinating sales activities and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for sales tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, site inspections, and client visits to showcase our properties.
- Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including contract preparation, invoicing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth transactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote CHM Hotels and build relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales techniques is highly desirable.
