Responsibility
- Manage and negotiate freight rates with carriers and agents to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with international freight forwarders and agents to track shipments and resolve delays.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations to clients based on market trends and operational costs.
- Handle indoor sales activities, including client inquiries, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing logistics-related concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain updated records of shipments, rates, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, customs procedures, and market developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales coordination.
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and logistics management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
