Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in the lifestyle and consumer goods sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and retail channels in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, brands, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and product positioning.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales materials.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the consumer goods market.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in lifestyle/consumer goods.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail trends in Southeast Asia.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
