Responsibility

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline order workflows.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems with precision.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm order details, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional support.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to prevent stock shortages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
