Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, client follow-ups, and contract management.
- Liaise between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Organize and track sales documentation, including proposals, agreements, and invoices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the tech or industrial sector is advantageous.
