Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities, including client inquiries, quotations, and contract preparations.
- Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project specifications and timelines.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of construction equipment, crane services, or project management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
