Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
