Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock for client demands.
- Track project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in developing strategies to expand market reach and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the construction, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with construction terminology, materials, and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
