As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing business strategies to meet revenue targets, foster long-term client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in sales, market analysis, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in positioning Nestlé as the preferred partner for food service businesses in Bali.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the food service channel across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the food service sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships and volume commitments.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Represent Nestlé at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or food service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s food service landscape and existing networks in the region are a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
