Responsibility
- Coordinate and support daily sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and professionally presented.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the sales manager and team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and accessible for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within the sales industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable.
