Responsibility
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
- Manage client accounts, maintain relationships, and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to optimize sales processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to meet demand.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market reach.
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
