Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote power tools in Bali’s commercial and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in power tools or industrial equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
