Responsibility
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by coordinating with distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor and ensure optimal stock availability across assigned territories to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Execute and oversee promotional programs, trade activations, and sales initiatives to boost market share.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and distributor compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales metrics, inventory levels, and program effectiveness for management review.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, FMCG distribution, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data interpretation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distribution networks is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are advantageous.
