Responsibility
- Coordinate and track sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and professionally presented.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring all records are current and accessible for the sales team.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and resolve operational challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable input for sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of Bali’s hospitality and tourism industry is an advantage.
