Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from receipt to delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, distributors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
