Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and acquire new customers through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and ensure consistent product availability across assigned sales territories and retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, gather customer feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales strategies with product launches and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its consumer trends is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned sales territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
