As a Product Consultant, you will play a key role in monitoring and evaluating sales targets, ensuring our products meet customer expectations, and providing insights to enhance our market presence. Based in Badung (covering areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in retail and consumer behavior will directly impact business success.

Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate the achievement of sell-out sales targets for each sales consultant.
- Conduct regular product performance analysis and report findings to the management team.
- Provide training and guidance to sales teams on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align product promotions with sales objectives.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards in all sales activities.
- Assist in inventory management and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or product consulting (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Familiarity with consumer goods, retail operations, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
