Responsibility
- Provide expert product consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu/Badung area)
